About me

I am an ANSE standards-approved coach and supervisor and a member of Estonian Supervision & Coaching Institute (ESCÜ), committed to delivering coaching and supervision that meet the highest professional and ethical standards. My work is grounded in a multidisciplinary foundation, combining business administration and management expertise with extensive experience in HR and people development, ensuring a strong understanding of both organizational and individual growth.

Having lived and worked abroad for over a decade, including roles in global corporations, I bring a deep understanding of cultural diversity, organizational complexity, and leadership challenges. This global perspective allows me to support individuals and teams in navigating change and achieving sustainable success.

I bring together knowledge of body mechanics, psychology, and neuroscience with practical self-reflection techniques. This unique blend allows me to guide clients to strengthen both mental and physical well-being for sustainable growth.

I apply evidence-based mindfulness, neuroscience insights, and human development psychology to help clients build awareness, analyze patterns, understand motivations, and implement lasting behavioral change. Through structured reflection and actionable strategies, I empower individuals to unlock potential, enhance performance, and achieve measurable results.
