What I liked most about our meetings and your approach was the non-judgmental atmosphere and your very warm approach. I also liked that you opened up a bit about your life so that a trusting conversation could take place. Although sometimes it was difficult to open up or look into myself at all, your guiding questions helped a lot. It was also nice to never really know what the conversation would turn out to be, it was kind of liberating. I always felt welcome and good when I met you. The benefit that came from these meetings was probably more self-belief and awareness of the surroundings. Often you don't even think about how some seemingly small things can have a big impact on life. Also, the fact that there are actually people and specialists with whom such a deeper conversation fits. I have always thought that I would not be able to find such a person who would be really willing to see, listen and help. I recommend your coaching sessions to absolutely everyone. For those who already know and feel that some places in life need to be reviewed, but also for those who do not feel it so deeply. It is precisely because we do not really know what is hidden within us that habit has a powerful force. Often we don't think that we can actually do much better. And well, it is difficult to find a nicer and warmer person.

Kadri leaves a print in your heart. She is like a fairy who sits on your shoulder after meetings everyday when you lose sight of your goal. Therefore, if you feel that your mind has wandered hopelessly - sit down comfortably with a cup of tea and.. allow yourself to be carried away by the conversation again with Kadri. The topics that I discussed with Kadri on multiple fronts help me to this day. Sometimes I go back in my mind to a moment when I had a dialogue with my mind, not my heart. Little tricks and questions for myself.. and I feel that all roads are more open, because I can move towards my dreams more focused. If you feel that you are your own obstacle to move further in your career or in life in general, then it is worth trying coaching with Kadri. It's quite an eye-opening experience when you can travel inside your own mind. And to come out of there with new insights and goals to be motivated to fulfil for yourself. And believe me.. Kadri is sooooo nice that it is worth giving life a chance and trying to move purposefully towards your dreams.

Kadri has truly helped me better understand myself and see things from a different perspective after the birth of my little one. Since Kadri is also a mom, she gets the challenges of motherhood and knows how to support a mom in finding herself again. When a baby arrives, a mom faces unexpected challenges, and often her partner can’t fully understand or help her navigate through them. As a coach, Kadri offers a lot of support and has a great set of tools to help you realize your strengths and bring them into your daily life. I really appreciated how gently Kadri treated my feelings and how she adapted to them during our sessions. During our time together, we tried a few different methods that helped me understand myself better. Even though I was familiar with some of these techniques, I couldn’t really apply them on my own before Kadri’s guidance and support. I highly recommend that any moms who feel exhausted or lost in motherhood take some time for themselves and meet with Kadri. I promise you, this time will be 100% worth it! Moms often forget to take care of themselves to make their little ones happy, and even when reminded, they don’t always know how to do it. One of the methods Kadri suggested helped me remember what I love and gave me permission to actually do it! Another great thing about Kadri is that she speaks English fluently, which is a big plus for expat moms. It's not always easy to find someone in Estonia who can offer this kind of emotional support in English. As a bonus, some of the tips and techniques Kadri shared with me, I was able to pass on to my partner at home, which helped not just me but also my husband indirectly. Meeting Kadri was an investment in myself that has paid off many times over!

This season was a bit challenging for me, as I had lots of personal topics about health, work, and relationships and so those feelings also came up when sharing in a group. Thank you for being able to support me and everyone else. You are a warm, caring and empathetic person - using intuition and the heart to work together.

Neuroscience shows that sustainable behavior change depends on neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways. This rewiring happens through repeated focus and practice over time, not in a single conversation. Ongoing coaching provides the consistent reinforcement needed for these new patterns to stabilize.
